All Hearing Aid assessments are completely free of charge without obligation. The testing can be in the privacy of your own home or at one of our hearing centres.

If you decide to purchase your hearing aid from Essex Hearing Aids Ltd we will endeavour to ensure that the dispenser who prescribes your Hearing Aid will be the same person you will see for the duration that you remain in our care. We offer a complete aftercare service should your Aid need to be cleaned, repaired or adjusted.
